How recommendations work
Scores compare team options. They are not damage calculations.
What changes the score
- Character strength
- Baseline strength, adjusted for the character's role in this team.
- Pair synergy
- Useful buffs, application and damage contributions between teammates.
- Team conditions
- Reaction requirements, field time, energy and working support effects.
A strong character does not always improve a team. Pair ratings and team rules are checked together.
Reaction requirements
Chevreuse's resistance reduction requires both Pyro and Electro, with no other elements.

Field time
Two attackers cannot each use a full on-field rotation without extending the team's rotation.

Short support and quickswap roles are treated separately. This is not a blanket penalty for every pair of attackers.
Team ranks
| S | A | B | C | D | E | F |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ≥90 | ≥80 | ≥70 | ≥60 | ≥47 | ≥35 | <35 |
Internal scores compare teams, not expected damage or clear times. Pull-value grades measure improvements to your roster and use a different comparison.
Assumptions and limits
- Limited 5★: C0 with their signature weapon at R1.
- 4★: C6 or the required constellation. Standard 5★ use reviewed constellation breakpoints. Cryo Traveler currently uses C2.
- Your constellation levels and equipment are not tracked. Character power adjustments let you account for your own builds.
- Abyss and Stygian add cycle-specific rules and avoid reusing characters between teams. The examples above use general scores and default power adjustments.
These are reviewed ratings, not rotation simulations. Enemy behavior, energy needs and execution can change a team's results. Ratings change as the data is reviewed.
